Jack Cawthon opened up his first spot in 1976 when he realized there was a void in great Nashville Barbecue.  Jack’s Bar-B-Que was the first casual restaurant on Nashville’s Broadway Ave to open after many years of delcline in the area.  Today, that area is booming, and Jack’s has 3 locations.  Jack’s Bar-B-Que has had write-ups in Southern Living, LA Times, the New York Times, and USA Today as “The Best Bar-B-Que in Nashville, Tennessee”.
