Gabby’s is an independently owned and operated restaurant in Nashville. The beef is grass-fed and comes from a local farm. Gabby’s is open from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m Monday through Saturday (and until 7:30 p.m. on Fridays.) The lunch-only hours were designed so that owner Doug Havron could operate a restaurant business and still have time to spend with his wife and their two children.
